Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, RFID Blocking Travel Accessories that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our Customer Service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request
- Complete the Return/Exchange Form (template provided below)
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your item securely in the original packaging
- Ship your return to our warehouse address (provided in approval email)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receiving the item
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item after receiving and processing your return
- Standard shipping rates apply unless exchanging a defective item
- You’ll receive tracking information via email
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
International Returns
For international customers (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees for returned items are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
